Directions to our Dock

From Blue Hill, Maine
Go to the top of the hill and turn LEFT onto South Street by Tradewinds Market and take Rt. 172 (South Street) 2.4 miles.

Turn LEFT onto Highway 175 (Bay Road) toward Brooklin. Travel six miles with Blue Hill Bay on your left; you will cross over the Falls Bridge and pass by the Sleigh Bell/Lobster Crate Shop.

Schooner Lane is on your left at the bottom of the hill and it looks more like the driveway that it is than a road.

If you pass signs for “the Big House” and “Henry’s Field,” you have just missed it.

At the Y on Schooner Lane, go straight down the hill and you will come to “Itty Bit Cottage” where our dock is located. We will be looking for you.

From Deer Isle:

After crossing over the Eggemoggin reach bridge, continue on 175 to Brooklin. From the Brooklin General Store ( big red building ) go 3.1 miles. Schooner Lane is on the right just past the sign for "Henrys Field". Turn down Schooner and go straight at the Y to "Itty Bit Cottage". We will be looking for you.

Note: Our driveway now has a Sand Dollar Sailing sign on it to make it easier to find.
